Driven by a lifelong passion for connecting with and empowering others, my journey to instructional design began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies, specializing in Education and Business, and minoring in Psychology. This foundation was further fortified with a Master of Education degree, where I honed my skills in educational leadership. Throughout my career as an educator, I've found immense fulfillment in cultivating the growth of my colleagues through the design and delivery of engaging instructor-led training (ILT), effective job aids, and mentorship programs. My dedication to instructional design has been strengthened by ongoing studies in eLearning, adult learning theory, and project management. As a certified instructional designer, I am poised to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions with enthusiasm and expertise.
